TIPS FOR SHOPPING WITHOUT STEPPING FOOT IN A MALL

Ever want to add a few new pieces to your wardrobe but you don’t have the time or energy to go to the mall? Living in L.A., at times the thought of going to the mall and fighting the crowds can quickly snuff out any desire to get some new items. If you relate, this blog post is for you!

There are a number of quality shopping websites that offer free shipping and free returns. You can shop online, have the items shipped to you and easily return for free what you don’t want.

Of course some of these sites have a little higher prices to compensate for free shipping & free returns, but when you need some new items and don’t have the time or energy to shop, it can be a great option.

Need a new skirt? Order eight from a site, keep your one or two favorites and send the rest back. Looking for a dress for an upcoming event? It can be hard to know exactly how it will fit until you try it on, so order a few with the convenience of free returns.

First, the ones I’m freaking out about are Zara and Top Shop. I mean, I love these stores even without free shipping and returns. Zara is a place to get great basics while also offering playful and interesting colors and patterns. Also check out their shoes! If you like keeping up on fashion trends, Top Shop has quality trendy pieces, some of them even edgy.

Ever have a shoe emergency? E.g. It’s Wednesday and you have a special event on Friday. You have a dress that will work but you need shoes! And fast! (S.O.S.!!) Zappos not only offers free shipping, but if you order before 1PM PST, you’ll get them the next day. Awesome! (…and dangerous!!)
